Payment systems available:
Advance payment via bank transfer: bear in mind that the order will be held over and only sent once notification of the credit has been received from the bank. The actual time periods for these notifications depend on the bank.

Orders on hold:
Each item ordered will be processed within 24/48 hours if the goods are available in the warehouse. If this is not the case, the order will be put on hold. In this case, you will be contacted immediately to decide how to process the order: waiting for the missing goods to make a single shipment; sending the available items immediately and the remainder at a later date. If you decide to accept the goods available in the warehouse immediately, the next shipment will be at our expense. All orders which reach us on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed from the following Monday onwards.
Guarantee and after-sales assistance:
Archman SRL guarantees that the products will be shipped in perfect condition, as each individual item is checked and packaged by hand with the maximum care before shipping. If you find any manufacturing faults, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than eight days from receipt of the goods, by means of registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to: ARCHMAN S.R.L. - Via Cristans 10 – 33085 MANIAGO (PN) - ITALY

Right to cancel:
According to and under the terms of articles 64 and 66 of the Italian Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 no. 206 regarding the right to withdraw from distance selling contracts or contractual offers, the customer may exercise his or her right to cancel within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the products, by sending written notification, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

containing:
- the customer’s declaration that he/she intends to exercise his/her right as set out in the Italian Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 no. 206;
- indication of the products for which the customer intends to exercise his/her right to cancel;
- the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
- data regarding the customer’s bank account.
Notification may also be sent by fax to +39/0427/71150 within the same time period, on the condition that it is confirmed by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours. If exercising his/her right to cancel, the customer must return the products received, intact and unused, at his/her own expense, within 10 (ten) working days of the date on which the products were received, sending them carriage paid and insured to the aforementioned address. The customer is required to return the products in their original packaging, completely intact and accompanied by the delivery note/waybill enclosed with the products at the time of delivery. Archman SRL will refund the customer by bank transfer within 30 (thirty) days of the date on which notification is received.
